- Study and Learn Product Literature
- Create and follow customers’ accounts and quotes.
- Maintain good long term relationship with customers mainly through phone calls.
- Communicate with customers in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
- Follow up with existing clients on their requirements.
- Develop and maintain customers' database.

- Fast Learner and interested in Molecular Biology Filed
- Study and learn product literature
- Understand Customer relationship process
- Ability to make proper communication routes through phone conversations.
- Ability to work both effectively independently and harmoniously with the group.
