Job Description
• Making connection (in person, by phone, in writing).
• Managing the entire sales process (end to end) beginning from customer's inquiry, confirming orders, coordinating the delivery and handling arrangements, if necessary and ensuring payments are realized on time.
• Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand in order to determine sales potential.
• Attending and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
• Monitoring competitor's activities and competitor's product.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements.
• Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products.
• Identify and analyze industry or geographic trends with business strategy implications.
• Prepare management reports for review on Weekly/ Monthly basis (documentation of meetings, customer feedback and market visit reports)
• Monitor customer satisfaction, services, contracts and customer support (local & export).
• Develop and execute marketing plans for sales expansion.
