Job Description
We are looking for a creative and passionate Visual Merchandiser to join our team. Your role as a Visual Merchandiser will play a crucial role in meeting our sales targets increasing the impression and attraction of our services and products both in retail and channels.
Responsibilities:
• Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy
• Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store
• Ensure that stores or shelves are stocked with the right types of products and marketing brochures
• Display, arrange and rotate products in store
• Maintain store shelves by removing dated or damaged products and marketing flyers
• Communicate with marketing team to establish strategies and design concepts for seasonal product launches and displays
• Monitor and account for the time and manpower required to build and stock store displays and communicate information with management.
Qualifications for Merchandiser
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years of experience working in retail or merchandising
• Detailed knowledge of the product and industry preferred
• Ability to work diligently with little supervision
• Creative and innovative thinker
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment
• Required to visit Tehran stores in location daily basis
• Required to travel to provinces store locations
• Main job is in the filed inside IT main malls & main market
• Proficiency with the English language paired with strong communication skills
