Job Description

  • Communicate with clients for the registry, orders, clearing accounts receivable, and product transport.
  • Analyze sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and long-term) and declare contradictions.
  • Design, implement, and execute construction projects.
  • Provide initial targets and budgets for sales (monthly, seasonally, and annually).
  • Cooperate in determining the initial budget for marketing and advertisement (monthly, seasonally, and annually).
  • Keep the current customers and find new ones Increasing the market share of related regions.
  • Analyze the customer situation and motivate them to purchase.
  • Introduce and present new products to the architects, designers, and builders.
  • Realize the problems and issues affecting the revenue and plan to solve them.
  • Plan and implement client visits to keep and empower mutual relationships.

Requirements

  • At least Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related majors.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the design industry.
  • Familiarity with architectural design software.
  • Experience with Photoshop, or other photo editing software.
  • Experience and familiarity with sales, negotiation, and marketing skills MS Office expert (professional in Excel).
  • Familiarity with English.
  • Teamwork capability.
  • Market analyzing and solution-providing ability to keep current clients and absorb new ones
  • Ready to travel to Europe.
  • Gender preference: Female.
