Job Description

The successful candidate will initiate, implement and control sales activities in Shiraz with the aim of generating passenger revenue, surpassing allocated targets and protecting existing business, whilst constantly exploring new opportunities. In addition, the role will be responsible to create maximum awareness of Qatar Airways' products and services. He/she must provide regular market intelligence to the Management and maintain good relations within the travel trade and corporate establishments.

Requirements

Applicants should have a degree in sales or marketing with 3 or more years' experience within the travel trade, plus a knowledge of GDS system and ticketing. Must possess excellent communication skills, strong influencing and negotiation skills and be customer focussed. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills is essential to the role. Good written/spoken English will be an advantage.
