Job Description

-Manage schedules and calendars; arrange, coordinate, and schedule meetings; prepare meeting documents -Technical support before and after-sales. - Sales expert is in charge of A to Z of advertising, marketing, negotiation, sales, preparing relevant documents like invoice, technical support, and after-sales customer services So candidates MUST have good knowledge of sales and they MUST have professional sales skills too. - Provide daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports. - Follow up with existing customers on their requirements. - Explore new markets, identify and develop new accounts. - Make and develop presentations of company products and services to current and potential customers. - Carry out market research and survey on sales and activities. - Prepare price offers, invoices, Negotiation with the clients - Follow up on the customers' accounts, invoices, and payments.

Requirements

- BSc or MSc in engineering is a plus. - Having engineering sales certificates is a plus. - Previous sales engineering experience required: at least 4-6 years - Full knowledge of ICDL, Internet skills, - Providing needed reports on assigned tasks - Ability to travel whenever it will be needed. - Capability to organize several tasks under pressure, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Effective communication skills - Self-motivated and teamwork-oriented - Having pharmaceutical experience is an advantage
