Job Description

- Responsible for achieving his/ her sales targets - Follow up sales process from start to end. - High public relation abilities - Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales. - Monitor distribution partner’s activities, train them in order to increase distribution sales. - Identify opportunities and manage contracts with Distribution partners. - Determine price schedules and discount rates - Developing the market size - Improve professional and technical knowledge - Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis. - Preparing proposals, agreements, sales reports, and presentations. - Establish and maintain close relationship with clients and partners - Develop and maintain customer information and data base - Working Hours: Sat-Wed 9 am-5 pm, Thursdays 9 am– 1 pm - Commission / Bonus: negotiable - Source new sales opportunities through Inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, emails, etc. - Make 15 projects visits weakly and ensure proper attention to every Building Project. - Manage and grow the targeted list of customer registered in our system. - Accurately document all stages of the sales process in our Sales Force CRM / Excel. - Regular Follow Up with the prospective customers, explain details of the different Edco products and services offered and convince them to buy the products. - Ability of searching and sorting customers according to their experience and expertise in construction such as builders, architectures, electrician and etc.

Requirements

- At least 4 years of sales experience in home automation. - University degree: B.A or M.A. in Electrical Engineering or related. - Knowledge on KNX protocol and building automation and any certificate in this field is preferred - Strong working ethic, self-starter, with good initiative and physically potentials - Good knowledge of English both in writing and speaking - Strong problem solving skills - Specialist Knowledge: preferred Home Automation and Building management system (BMS and knx). - Ability to meet deadlines and strong will to reach sales target of every months. - Able to operate in different work conditions such as on-site, off site. - Target oriented and believe in team work. - Impressive personality and ability to convince the clients. - Expert in handling CRM software and other common computer software such as Ms. Office - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high level of confidence. - Ability to work independently under minimal direction
