Job Description

● Follow up sales process from start to end ● Establish and maintain a good relationship with current and potential customers ● Coordinating and attending face-to-face meetings for sales ● Preparing technical and commercial proposals and conducting technical clarifications ● Negotiating with customers in order to receive purchase orders ● Monitoring, controlling and managing purchase orders ● Follow up to deliver products and services to customers according to the agreed schedule ● Create document database for the projects ● Collaborate with sales teams to find customer requirements in order to promote the sales ● Market research for competitors and customers to define competitive sales processes ● Reporting to the sales director regularly including daily and weekly reports

Requirements

● BA/MA degree in Chemical Engineering ● Good oral and written communication skills in English ● Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) ● Self-motivated and teamwork ability ● Strong problem-solving, technical, analytical and negotiation skills ● Having experience in sector of Oil, Gas and Petrochemical is preferable
