Job Description

● Build and train a team of self-motivated and driven inside sales representatives. ● Establish, enforce and improve lead general processes to maximize team efficiency and effectiveness. ● Assist in designing and implementing a scalable training program and materials for new inside sales hires. ● Effectively design and implement the sharing of best practices and resource allocation across all team components. ● Assist in identifying, qualifying, and transferring target accounts to the sales team to generate revenue. ● Assist in identifying, qualifying, and transferring target accounts to the sales team to generate revenue. ● Provide team-wide, highly visible leadership and communication including current prospects, competitive information, and sales feedback to executives. ● Work collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing team to establish a systemic approach to inbound and outbound lead generation that is aligned with sales goals and marketing initiatives. ● Collaborate regularly with the sales team to discuss best practices, and business and market trends, and review qualification approach to maximize opportunities. ● Ensure the existence of able and professional sales experts of high caliber in order to deliver quality and efficiency at all times within the department. ● Effectively design and implement the sharing of best practices and resource allocation across all team components.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Management, or Industrial Engineering. ● At least 8 to 10 years of experience in a sales-oriented and business development role, with a deep knowledge of the assigned market; at least 6 years of managerial experience. ● Negotiation skills and ability to negotiate with stakeholders. ● Leadership skills; delegation, active listening, inclusive behavior, and coaching. ● Good command of planning, organizing, and project management skills. ● Effective communication skills. ● Presentation skills. ● High computer literacy skills. ● Problem-solving skills. ● Ability to drive and motivate the team to achieve results. ● Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment. ● Ability to identify key contacts for follow-up. ● Excellent ability to communicate the project, target setting, monitoring of KPIs, and status updates to the team. ● Achievement orientation. ● Good command of strategic thinking and out-of-box thinking.
