Job Description
Sales capabilities is a sales support function in charge of recruiting the sales force according to Savola standard of qualifications, assessing their capabilities, developing and executing the necessary sales functional training program' • Continuously assess and evaluate the sales force capabilities, areas of weaknesses, and training and development needs • Plan and develop sales training programs and development plans for the sales force across the different levels and jobs • Regularly ensuring the presence of the right staff regarding their numbers, positions, and capabilities, in the sales organization • Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of sales training and development • Responsible for tracking and registering the quarterly / yearly Performance Appraisal between all the sales personnel and their managers in addition to the one-to-one meetings on regular basis • Establish Recruitment Standards for the sales force and regularly maintain and follow up on its implementation • Responsible for making post training evaluation and assess the progress of the sales force • Conduct field coaching with the sales force to make sure the training programs in the classroom are applied in the daily operation • Make sure there is a balance between the induction of new recruits and the promotions from within the organization
Requirements
Experience: • Significant time (5+ years) spent within a leading multinational company managing the Sales Capabilities activity for a leading household FMCG brand that has a track record of dominating its segment. • Experience leading and developing a sales force covering both recruitment and training and development programs. • Potential to be a 'fast track' leader who can rapidly be promoted based on outstanding results in people, process, and progress.' • Ability to efficiently demonstrate Commitment to Disciplined Execution • Ability to efficiently design, develop and deliver effective National Training Plans • Ability to efficiently design develop and Implement Sales Strategy • Ability to efficiently demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Channel Growth Management • Ability to efficiently demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Sales Volume Management • Ability to efficiently demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Customer Relationship Management
