Job Description

- Handle all secretarial affairs like typing, answering phone, reserving hotels, booking flights and etc. - Provide general administrative support such as preparing and composing correspondences, arranging meetings, issuing PIs, tracking deadlines, forms and reports, filing electronic and hard copy, invoicing, following customer’s inquiries, assuring receipt of items against customer inquiries and delivery of the items to customer. - Following payments with sales team and customers. - Assist in providing all supporting documents, information and other reports as assigned by Sales and commercial manager. - Maintain office filing and storage systems daily base - Arrange complex international travel itineraries, be able to apply visa and book accommodation for foreign companies visitors - Organize small-scale team events and larger-scale department/company-wide events as required

Requirements

Required candidate profile: - Not more than 35 years - At least have BA - English proficiency - Sales experience - have consent from last company worked - 1 year experience of all transportation skills - Able to make effect communicate - Having sales experience - Adorned - On time - Familiar with ICDL skills (like: word, Excel, outlook) - Responsible and good at follow
