Job Description

- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails; - The ability to create and manage sales channels. - Set-up close relationship to customers - Following up projects with customers technically and commercially - Workout customized solutions - Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales; - Handle customer complaints and prepare reports - Take charge of all the sales plans and activities related to the assigned products. - Introduction of products to existing and potential new customers - Preparation and negotiation of quotations - Following up orders with customers - Provide customer services after selling the product or service - Regular monitoring of company sales performances - Handle promotional materials and coordinate advertising - Gathering market and customer information;

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years experience in a "customer facing" environment such as sales, account management, or similar role in technology or communications field - Ability to handle multiple tasks and customer requirements simultaneously - Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills In English - Creative, flexible and energetic at work - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excellent telephone manners - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Highly organized and good planner - Efficient in time management - Able to work under pressure - Able to meet deadlines - Excellent negotiation skills - Team worker - Results oriented -The ability to write reports and proposals - Attention to details and focused
