Job Description
Objective: We are looking for experienced sales and marketing manager to take the responsibility of the sales office. He/she will be responsible for sales, marketing, promotions, special events, enhancing the brand image and budget planning in coordination with managing director. The manager supports in the daily operation of the sales office.
Main responsibilities:
• Managing the sales office
• Coordinating the advertisement and promotional activities
• Competitive analysis and market trend monitoring
• Identifying changes in the market environment or competitive strategies, and proposing the required modifications in marketing strategy
• Analyzing and reviewing sales objectives and formulating plans to meet them
• Proposing pricing models, markdown strategies, and promotional activities
• Analyzing and assessment of the effectiveness of the advertisement and promotional activities
• Brand protection
• Performing sales negotiations with key customers
• Directing the trainings and performance evaluations of marketing or sales staff and oversee their daily activities.
- Resolving conflicts with and between sales and marketing staff
Reporting to: Managing Director
Subordinates: sales and marketing staff
Other interactions: advertizing agencies; inter-organizational companies
