Job Description

-Marketing and finding new customers as well as maintaining existing contacts with current clients. -Leading the sales team in order to achieve the assigned sales and marketing targets. -Preparing periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales and areas for improvement. -Supervising the activities of marketing and sales team in order to achieve annual sales target objectives. -Working with Cross Functional teams to implement strategies to push sales. -Managing communication between doctors, KOLS, distribution companies, pharmacies. -Expanding the scope of marketing and sales activities within the market. -Overall responsibility for setting the direction of the marketing and sales and revenue strategy and ensuring that it is aligned with the company's overall strategy. -Creating strategies to optimize and grow our program through established and new networks. - Planning for marketing and branding objectives. - Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.

Requirements

-Studied only in DVM, PharmD, Ph.D. -At least 4 years of experience in the related role. -Hardworking, Multi-tasking capability and team working. -Effective negotiation skills. -Technical skills in strategic planning and sales planning and forecasting. -Good command of English and Office skills. -Innovative and sociable. -Management skills. -Willingness to put in long hours of work to achieve planned objectives.
