Job Description
-Marketing and finding new customers as well as maintaining existing contacts with current clients.
-Leading the sales team in order to achieve the assigned sales and marketing targets.
-Preparing periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales and areas for improvement.
-Supervising the activities of marketing and sales team in order to achieve annual sales target objectives.
-Working with Cross Functional teams to implement strategies to push sales.
-Managing communication between doctors, KOLS, distribution companies, pharmacies.
-Expanding the scope of marketing and sales activities within the market.
-Overall responsibility for setting the direction of the marketing and sales and revenue strategy and ensuring that it is aligned with the company's overall strategy.
-Creating strategies to optimize and grow our program through established and new networks.
