- Explore new opportunities in the shipping market.
- Lead the sales team and improve monthly sales income.
- Maximize sales growth from existing customers through the development of selling strategies and customer support benchmarks.
- Participate in setting targets to keep and boost market share.
- Prepare and present marketing plans.
- Lead and control the sales team.

- Salary: fixed salary + commissions (higher than the market average).
Requirements
- At least five years of managerial experience in transport and logistics companies.
- Hight management ability.
- Excellent knowledge of the market.
- Proficient in English.
- Teamwork skills.
