Job Description

Objective of the role: Increase the speed and quality of sales process , retaining the customer , keeping the business on technology edge List of responsibilities: - Commission / Bonus / Benefits: there will be monthly Salary plus commission bonus for this role 25% profit . - Meet customers , support he customers on the issue they face , review the orders and issue the requested invoices - Resolve and respond to the customers issues and inquires - Make phone calls and arrange meeting with new customer - Find solution to move customers shipments . - Reporting to: Sales and Marketing Manager. - Length of Probation Period: 3 Month. - Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8:30 to 4:30 ,Thursday 8:30 to 12:30 . - Travel requirements: Some times inside the country .

Requirements

- University Qualifications: Master Degree . - Other certifications obtained: Fiata and IRU is a positive point . - Nature and length of previous experience: More than 2 year in freight forwarding or Shipping line company .
