This role will see you leading and developing a team of used cars sales professionals to achieve sustained success through coaching and identifying of training opportunities, planning of daily operations and monitoring of team performance. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager and General Manager, you will play a hands on role in training and mentoring your staff, while supporting them in closing used car sales and generating new business. Through supporting the used cars sales team you will maximize the numbers of used cars sold, while ensuring that your customers are delighted with the service they receive. For other roll that should be support the sells team for doing the backward things that customer do not see but it more important because all of other doing and getting customer cars depends on it. Responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and reporting on individual and team used car sales performance - Ensuring customer satisfaction targets are being exceeded - Taking a hands on approach in supporting used car sales advisers to meet their targets - Carrying out market and competitor analyses, setting target parameters (e. g. for pricing) and ensure these are implemented - Engaging in active marketing and stock management - Identifying training and development needs and opportunities for your staff - Working closely with the used car sales team to ensure the dealership meets the used car sales target For support roll: - Monitoring and checking all documents. - Reporting daily and following
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ professional experience in Sales and marketing of used cars - Professional experience of working with and managing agencies and internal company resources - Professional Experience of the development, implementation and management of Sales processes - A good background in business - M.S/ B.S Degree or equivalent in Management, Marketing / MBA is preferred - Good team building skills - Knowledge of customer experience analysis - Ability to work under pressure and good flexibility - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong professional demeanor, interpersonal skills - Strong business planning and target setting Support: - At least 3 years’ professional experience. - Have a good communication with the other. - Ability to work under pressure and good flexibility
