Job Description
- As a Safety Engineer, it is expected that applicant applies general knowledge of engineering and safety engineering attitude in design, calculation, simulations, equipment selection, sizing and preparing the well qualified enough safety and process safety scheme and documents in accordance with scope of work, relevant codes and standards, good engineering practice, and company quality management in Oil, gas and petrochemical projects. - Provide Safety requirement during Tender Bid Evaluation. - Provide firefighting and safety review of vendor data. - Working proactively with other team members to resolve technical issues. - Scheduling and planning, then managing self to meet deadlines. - Learning to lead small projects. - Additional duties as assigned. - Reliability, Creativity, challenge accepting and simultaneously respecting already existing experiences and design practice are desired to touch the goals in the safety team.
Requirements
- Field of education: Chemical Engineering or related engineering to Safety and Firefighting issues. - Minimum 4-7 years of professioal experience in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries. - Fully skilled on PIPENET. - Familiar with PHAST, FLARESIM, FLARENET. - Familiar with HAZOP, HAZID, SIL Studies. - Preferably knowledge over EER and ERP are desirable. - Experts on National and International standards and Famous General Practices. - Good general computer skills in Windows and MS Office. - Good English knowledge in all skills. - Good communication skills and openness to new tasks. - Enthusiasm, commitment, well-structured and high self-motivation, combined with the ability to work in a team, as well as independently.
