Job Description

- Management of the regional sales team. - Identify new customers and communicate effectively with them, holding face to face meetings to conclude a sales contract. - Customer relationship management with the aim of increasing sales to current customers. - Track customer finance settlements and receipt of claims. - Providing reports and presentation to management (daily, weekly, monthly). - Ensure implementation of marketing and sales strategies according to regional policies. - Implement, follow and measure the monthly targets week by week in order to ensure reaching the area’s targets. - Visit national chain stores in different provinces and provide required reports. - Build and maintain the brand visibility in responsible area.

Requirements

- BSC/MS in marketing management, MBA, or related field. - Minimum experience of 5 years in the field of sales and marketing. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Persian. - Strong analytical skills of customers’ market. - Confident and flexible personality. - Expert in problem solving and negotiation skills. - Expert in Microsoft office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint & Word and financial software. - Excellent in Teamwork and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Ability to handle crisis and challenges. - Being honest and ethical. - Creativity and alternative thinking to develop new ideas. - No restrictions on travel to all internal regions. - Location: Yaftabad district, Tehran, Iran
