Job Description

• Directs efforts to achieve sales goals in multiple areas • Manage and lead regional Sales and distribution team and coordinate between sales and other staff • Implementation of sales policies strategies and developing sales programs in regions • Monitor sales records and regional distributor performance regularly • Research and analysis the market situation in different regions • Maintain and improve the capability of sales team • Frequently travel to areas of activity • Searching and analyzing markets for new potential clients • Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager

Requirements

• Education: At least bachelor degree in management or engineering • Experience: minimum 5 years of experience in the field of sales and marketing • Computer: Good knowledge of MS office • High motivation for teamwork and progress • Good communication skills • Knowing English (both in speaking and writing ) is preferred • Problem solving skills and ability to work on tactical and strategic level • The ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines • Ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team • Gender: Male • Ideal age: 25 to 28
