Job Description

• Finding new Potential by visiting customer and lead locations. • Create a strong relationship with customers and leads • Answer sales technical questions and provide advice. • Answering customer calls • Resolving client issues • Preparing documentation • Testing and calibrating equipment's • Training customers/salesperson Sales Engineer • Assisting maintenance technicians • Visiting client locations Regularly • Providing feedback on product development • Preparing sales and service reports according to instructions • creating a case following to close it successfully • Archiving Technical Documents • Preparing technical information Presentation • Archiving Related Standards According Applications • Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture • Creating and preparing needed reports for other Dep accounting management. • Finding strength, weakness, threat, and opportunities in the market and making regular reports and bringing ideas to improve performance • Monitoring customers performance and dealing with the customer introducing products advantage and finding market needs • Making a plane for wholesaler and finding a new reseller to the market and encourage them to buy the products and distribute them in the territories of the business. • Preparing content to describe products application and benefit for marketing activities • Making a solution according to customer needs and Technical specification, collaborating with sales Engineer • Demonstrate how products exceed those of competitors. • Create solutions that solve clients' problems. • Assist clients with installation and questions that arise after the product is in use. • Serve as a liaison between the client and the company. • Perform market research and analyze purchasing needs. • Archiving Related Standards According to the Application

Requirements
