Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing the company's recruiting activities, policies and procedures through the day to day oversight of the recruiting team. the primary focus is to ensure that recruiting team identifies and provides potential candidates that meet the hiring manager's requirements in an efficient and effective manner. Responsibilities: ● Analyzing the recruitment process performance ● Preparing and managing the recruitment dashboards ● Recommends changes to the recruitment process and implements changes ● Analyzing the performance of recruitment, the cost per hire, time to hire and recommends changes and improvements ● Identifying difficult job vacancies and investigating the best recruitment approach for them ● Keeping the documentation of the recruitment process up to date ● Trains new HR Recruiters ● Determining applicant requirements by studying job descriptions ● Developing and executing recruiting plans.

Requirements

● Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Proven ability to manage change in a complex environment with a positive outlook. ● Strong proven knowledge and skills in internal consulting, recruitment, organization development and change, performance management, and succession planning.
