Job Description

• Cooperating with HR manger in recognizing and forecasting future hiring requirements • Determine applicant competency by studying job descriptions and qualifications • Sourcing potential candidates through various channels • Classifying & screening resume of applicants • Develop and maintain a strong talent pool • Interviewing with applicant and evaluating them based on competencies for finding the best • Build long-term & positive relationship with past and potential candidates • Researching & studying innovative methods to improve employment process and employee branding • Preparing recruitment reports to HR manager

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resource Management • More than 5 years of experience in the field of human resource management • Skilled in recruitment process, and new interviewing techniques • Outstanding communication skills • Strong networking abilities • Result oriented • Working well under pressure
