Job Description

-Preparing and publishing job posts on appropriate platforms -Identifying different qualified references to find talents and screening them priodically -Searching for, finding and keeping in contact with professional candidates for strategic job vacancies -Selecting and categorizing CVs and coordinating interviews in a timely manner -Preparing competency based interview forms for behavioral, technical ad public interviews in whole jobs -Accomplishing phone and personal interviews based on determinate competencies -Preparing Recruitment Proposals for different jobs or vacancies of local branches -Distinguishing psychological tests, stablishing appropriate ones and screening them priodically -Preparing operational proposals for different fields of retention -Accomplishing exit interviews and surveying the results -Preparing and presenting periodic statistical reports of the operations to the CHRO

Requirements

-1 year as a recruitment specialist -Strong effective communication -Critical thinking and statistical analyzing -Ability to plan and organize issues -Flexibility to encounter new challenges -Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Word and Excel) and MS CRM -Educational certificate: BA/MA of Management (Human Resources), Psychology, Social Sciences and Industrial Engineering -Maximum age: 30
