Requirements
-1 year as a recruitment specialist
-Strong effective communication
-Critical thinking and statistical analyzing
-Ability to plan and organize issues
-Flexibility to encounter new challenges
-Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Word and Excel) and MS CRM
-Educational certificate: BA/MA of Management (Human Resources), Psychology, Social Sciences and Industrial Engineering
