Job Description

Objective and List of responsibilities: • R&D in the field of new retail technology • Repairing and maintaining Touch POS Systems, Receipt Printer, Barcode Scanner and other devices in store equipment. • Communicate and evaluate the foreign suppliers and products as technical aspect • Manage technical team and procedures • Technical support by live support on website or call center or in-person • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues • Give advice to users in an appropriate way • Submit all help desk interactions logs Reporting to: CEO

Requirements

University qualifications: BSc or higher in Electronic or Computer Engineering Previous experience: At least 3 years’ experience in computer & electronic fields in similar positions Specialist Knowledge: • Dominant about computer technologies (hardware and software), electronics, mobile devices, networks and innovative technologies • Expert in repairing and design electronic boards (Main boards & PCB MAIN and etc.) • Dominant in software programming. • Dominant in Computer hardware and software troubleshooting • Comprehensive knowledge about production line of electronic goods. • Comprehensive knowledge about how to negotiate with foreign suppliers • Ability to design new devices (including PCB boards and software related) Other Skills: - Proficiency in administrative skills, reporting and documentation - Teamwork capabilities - Powerful social communication
