Job Description
● Write documents to ensure the technological transfer of processes to other teams.
● Develop proper documentation for new formula and product development projects (CTD, PMF,…).
● Work with R&D Manager develops formulations for a variety of dosage forms (capsules, tablets, sachet and etc.).
● Generate new formulations, source New/Existing raw materials for cost analysis and feasibility of formulation.
● Gather required data and information to all-inclusive and common documents for each drug.
● Scale-up and technology transfer from R&D to production to meet timelines.
● Troubleshoot technical, formulation, processing issues.
● Manage R&D project activities by accurately collecting, recording, maintaining, and reporting scientific data.
● Conduct development and laboratory analysis such as product testing and stability studies.
● Work proactively with other cross-functional groups to execute change controls associated with Manufacturing and Packaging master records, SOPs, and protocols.
