Job Description

● Preparing and modifying internal quality control procedures and checklists for all ranges of manufactured products. ● Running periodical process inspection. ● Preparing required inspection documents for the Oil and Gas projects including inspection, test procedures, and control plans. ● Ensuring routine calibration of the instrumentation and test devices. ● Overseeing the quality check process of the fabricated parts, semi-assembled and final products. ● Carrying out applicable quality control activities on the purchased raw materials and goods based on mutually agreed criteria and applicable international standards. ● Issuing the required inspection notes and their corresponding test reports and non-conformity records throughout the project lifecycle. ● Attending inspection meetings including pre-inspection meetings and negotiating with the clients on the inspection steps and details.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Metallurgy, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering. ● Familiar with standards including ASME BPVC, API, ASTM, and TEMA. ● Familiar with quality standards and frameworks like ISO, APQP, TQM, and so on. ● Certified in a level of NDE (RT, PT, NT, UT, VT). ● Fluent in MS Office, AutoCAD, and SOLIDWORKS. ● Minimum 5 years of experience in related industries (Oil and Gas). ● Ideal age range: 25 to 35 years old. ● Fluent in English.
