Job Description

1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in inspecting incoming materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications 2) Support production leads and operators for interpretation and methods following set standards. 3) To control and direct all QC resources, operations and facilities in order to adhere to project programs. 4) To co‐ordinate and control the day to day operations of inspection personnel, so as to provide a safe, secure and efficient working environment, ensuring. Reporting to: QC/QA Manager. Working hours: 8 hours per day.

Requirements

University Qualifications: BSc. Food Industry Other certifications obtained: IMS, HACCP, Iso17025, SPC, Calibration Method, 5S. Nature and length of previous experience: min 5 years. Specialist knowledge: Understanding foodstuffs, general food science, knowledge of quality, familiarity with quality assurance. Soft Skills and Personality traits: Responsible, Leadership ability, communication skills, team building skills, strong problem-solving capabilities.
