Job Description
- Prepare, implement, and evaluate quality systems and policies and develop annual quality strategies and goals.
- Establish a structural design for closely monitoring CCPs (Critical Control Points) continuously throughout the supply chain from materials to consumers.
- Manage and organize staff in the quality department and delegate their roles. Educate, advise, and improve people's knowledge related to quality.
- Monitor the performance of all subunits of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency and find ways to improve the production process.
- Provide reports regarding product quality situations or quality processes, root cause analyses, or quality trends.
- Participate in the development of product specifications and related cross-functional teams in case of quality issues.
- Participate in selecting, evaluating, and auditing suppliers, contractors.
- Inspection, acceptance, or rejection of finished products.
- Pursue and keep up-to-date with legal requirements and standards related to materials and products, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Tendency Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Food Industry.
- Work experience in pharmaceutical and health-oriented companies is considered an advantage.
