Job Description
Implementation of the ISO Management System Standards
1- Preparing and documenting policies and strategies relevant for quality and safety and present them to managing director for approval.
2- Preparing and documenting quality and safety manual, procedures and instructions related to quality system with cooperation of other managers.
3- Monitoring all activities related to quality of services provided for customers through system audit
4- Identifying and evaluating risks related to safety and quality and proposing to managing director to mitigate them
5- Supervision on accurate implementation of quality and safety based on related procedures
6- Attempting to overcome management system deficiencies for appropriate adoption of resources, elimination of scraps and reworks and establishing coordination within activities
7- Cooperation with managers for determining and monitoring KPIs for measuring efficiency and productivity of staff, processes and management system
8- Analyzing conformance of services provided for customers to their expectations through analyzing market, customer complaints and similar items with cooperation managers
9- Preparing management review reports in planned or occasional intervals of safety and quality system performance and proposing for improvements
10- Ensuring availability and updating status of documents related to quality and safety system
11- Considering ethical values of company
