Job Description
As a quality assurance inspector, you will be responsible for daily quality control of the product on your shift, proper maintenance of all records, participation in the repair and maintenance of quality control equipment, and also responsible for ensuring that quality principles are followed in accordance with the organization's guidelines and reporting any discrepancies to the Quality Supervisor.
Some of your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Inspect and review products to ensure compliance with company, national, and international quality standards.
- Conduct quality assurance audits on incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Inform the supervisor of any suspicious and defective products and take corrective actions according to company policy and procedures.
Basic Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of quality management systems and quality assurance principles.
- Familiarity with QA and SOP tests.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC, MSA) steps.
- Ability to document and implement quality in all processes.
- Familiarity with 5S.
- Familiarity with Health and Safety laws and principles.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, GMP, ISO 45001, and HACCP.
- Adequate knowledge of English.
- Adequate knowledge of calibration.
