Job Description

• Documentation & control of records • Preparing procedures and guidelines related to the integrated management system (ISO 9001-45001-14001) • Draft quality assurance policies and procedures • Interpret and implement quality assurance standards • Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards • Investigate non-conformance issues • Collect and compile statistical quality data • Implementation of process validation and documentation • Implementation of knowledge management system • Writing Technical reports - Generate QA format and forms • Audit QA systems of contractors and subcontractors • Control and monitor on documentation • Familiar with Process Automation and ERP Systems & Software

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Industrial Engineering, Management or other related fields • At least 4-5 years professional experiences in the fields of Oil & Gas or Construction. • Sufficient experience in knowledge Management area • Expert in MS-Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) • Familiar with all kind of ISO & Quality Management Systems • Professional in Integrated Management System (IMS) • Have excellent team working skills • Time management and high attention to detail and accuracy • Fluent in English • Knowledge of QA terms, tools, and methodologies • Problem-solving and decision-making skill • Ability to collect, research, organize and analyze data • Team work spirit and good communication skills • Highly motivated spirit to learn and determined to solve problems • Ability to do multiple tasks • Age: 25-35
