Job Description

• Document business processes in form of narratives and flowcharts • Audit business processes and report nonconformance issues • Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities • Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions

Requirements

• BS or MS in industrial engineering or MBA • At least 2 years work experience in the field of quality assurance (Experience in software industries is preferred) • Understanding the Principles of Internal Auditing • Knowledge of the activities carried out in the software industry • Maximum Age: 30 • Familiar to ISO 9000 series of standards • Familiar with business process management • Familiar with a Business process modeler tool • Good Communication Skills • Good Documentation Skills • Fluent in English Language • Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
