Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Frame learning objectives; design moderation guides and stimuli.
• Moderate or manage moderators; ensure respondent quality and consent.
• Synthesize verbatims into narratives; tension/insight articulation and implications.
• Partner with Quantitative and Field & Operations to align sampling and logistics.
• Manage facilities, vendors, and Statements of Work (SoW); capture files into the repository.
• Present and share outcome of qualitative research with clear actionable insights, learnings and next steps.
• Support Category Management, Digital Marketing & Insights, and Shopper Marketing to embed consumer insights into their plans.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Clarity and utility of insight narratives; creative and strategy decisions influenced.
• On Time In Full (OTIF) reporting; respondent quality metrics.
