Job Description

- Be able to handle all the domestic and oversea raw materials requirements based on received purchase orders according to internal policies and procedures of the company. - Proper sourcing, research and communication skills in this regard to get the best terms and conditions in contracts from domestic and overseas markets - Make sure on correctness and accuracy of purchase information provided - Follow up and handle all steps of imports from order, import permits, Bank regulations, insurance, and inspection, following up cargo arrival from the shipping company, EPL monitoring and communicating with the custom broker till the cargo is received and confirmed by the factory. - Controlling all the commercial and shipping documents and archiving - Keep up-to-date about current regulations in the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, Central Bank and Custom.
