Job Description

- To understand the strategies and to expand them in the supply process - To maintain a professional appearance and to provide a positive company image to the suppliers - To research, evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, service, support, availability, reliability, reputation, delivery and continued service after purchase - To sign mutual cooperation contracts with selected suppliers to ensure the supply standards - To evaluate new and existing suppliers and subcontractors and to negotiate purchase agreements with them - To perform every buying duties when necessary - To prepare and organize all of purchasing documents - To ensure that purchased goods and services are delivered on time and as per the agreement - To receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services - To verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures - To monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new brands and products, delivery schedules, etc. - To prepare weekly and monthly reports - To attend weekly joint reviews with Sales supervisor regarding weekly plans and achievements - To attend monthly sales meeting - To provide ideas on supply
