Job Description

- Enhance the corporate image of our luxury brands in Iram through effective public relations and constructive CSV (Creating Shared Value) initiatives with Government, Regulatory, Public bodies and shareholders. - Advisory role in monitoring social, economic and political trends that might influence the business. - Advisory role in defining and implementing strategy for community projects around the organization - Responsible for establishing and maintaining business and agency relationships. Develop and maintain organizational and external networks with: Target audience (consumers), competition, authorities, relevant organizations, relevant associations, NGO's, media, shareholders, distributors - Implement local media strategies (Print, TV, Outdoor etc) - Responsible for dealing with media, understand how the media works and understanding and managing public mood and confidence. - External relations & liaison for redressing relevant issues. - Facilitate approvals or government permissions and certificates. - Lobby and advocacy of issues and subjects - Experience in crisis management and providing sound advice to the CEO - Strong leadership, networking and communication skills - Experience in corporate and public communication - Experience in dealing with regional government affairs and exposure to political issues - Basic knowledge of financials that relate to this role including department costs, cost of communication strategies, budgeting and forecasting. - Experience in customer relationship and CRM software
