Job Description
We are looking for a motivated project planning and control expert to join our planning team. As a project planning and control expert in a challenging environment, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Track and record project documents including Project Charter, Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Documents, Activity List, Project Resource Breakdown Structure (RBS), and Project Risks.
- Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, resources, milestones, and budget of the project.
- Perform all the planning and control tasks of the project.
- Control, follow up, and monitor the progress of the activities of the working groups.
- Follow up and review the progress of projects.
- Identify and assess the risk of projects and corrective action.
- Prepare daily, status and any required reports.
- Prepare technical and financial claims.
- Update all project management registers (risk, stakeholders, changes, correspondence, costs, and issues).
- Collaborate with all departments to achieve organizational goals.
