Job Description

Project execution role, starts just after putting a purchase order by customer and signing a contract, where Sales activities is finished. After signing a contract between customer, and us as the manufacturer, there is a long way to execute the contract, starting from a kick of meeting with customer and ending to the shipment of the control valves and submitting the final book. Responsibilities: Reporting to the Area Sales and Service Manager (Iran), will be responsible for all the activities to guarantee the proper and smooth execution of the contract by coordinating between all the elements of the project. Main Activities: -Participating in all the meetings after PO (Purchase Order) agreement, including Kick of Meeting and Pre Inspection Meeting (PIM). -Managing the procedure of agreement on ITP (Inspection & Test Plan) by arranging meetings between KOSO and customer project teams. -Constant follow up with KOSO factory team for smooth and proper documentation of project. -Constant follow up with customer to get on-time documents approval to prevent any delays. -Checking all the documentation prepared by KOSO factory team in order to prevent any error before submitting to the customer. -Arranging meetings between customer and KOSO technical teams to solve technical problems during the engineering phase -Arranging internal meeting between KOSO sales, technical and project teams to solve any issue, which effects the proper execution of the project and delivery time. -Monitoring all the activities from both sides (customer and KOSO) which effect delivery time and take action pro-actively in order to prevent and delay in the procedure and consequently final delivery of the control valves. -Build up close relationship with customer project team. -Managing the procedure of Final Book preparation. -Participating in inspection sessions at KOSO factory or customer sites. -Any other activity for a satisfactory execution and on-time delivery of the control valves to customers.
