Frame and align the project objectives with the project sponsor, stakeholders, and team.
Develop a well-defined scope of work and execution plan that meets business goals.
Prepares and reviews project scope statement, communication plan, change request management, Gann Chart, and other required supporting documents with related teams.
Lead all engineering activities (Layouts, P&IDs, Process Design, Project Schedule).
Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports, and monthly review meetings, and lead stakeholder meetings.
Coordinate and assist construction activities and contractors (project execution, fieldwork of contractors, commissioning).
Assists and leads the project team to be ready for commissioning and vertical start-up.
Arrange project evaluation, including lessons learned, and close the project after all related activities are done.
Work in accordance with Döhler project management standards, guidelines, processes, methodologies, and systems.
Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electrical Engineering.
At least 3 years of project management experience.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, Revit, and SketchUp.
Having a driving licence.
Able to travel without restrictions.
Compatible with flexible working hours.
