Job Description

• Responsible for the A B S/E S C technical support for Iranian market customers from the R&D phase to the SOP whole process.
• Responsible for customer communication/negotiation, requirements, and customer feedback collection, providing necessary information to the internal team for new project acquisition, project development, and problem solving.
• On-site support to obtain and confirm customer needs, track customer sample orders, support customer trial production until mass production, analyze and solve problems at different stages based on customer milestones.
• Participate in and assist in promoting the customer testing and verification process in the project development process, track the progress, and solve problems.
• Responsible for the issue check and preliminary analysis of the quality problem parts in the Iranian market, and summarize the problem and provide feedback to the internal team for root cause analysis, on-site solution verification until the problem is closed, and to increase customer satisfaction.
• Lead the daily investigation and analysis of aftermarket failure parts, and maintain customer relationships.
• Sort out and summarize the fault information of the Iranian market regularly, and participate in the problem analysis process.
• Continue to pay attention to the industry trend of the Iranian market, track and collect competitors' information, and provide information for the company's product development and project acquisition.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Vehicle, Automatic Control, Engine, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in engine management systems, chassis, safety, or sensors at OEM or tier 1.
• Good at English, it can be used as a work language.
• Can-do attitude and self-motivated.
• Good communication and coordination ability, open-minded, and honest.
• Familiar with quality tools, e.g., APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D, and Fishbone.
