Job Description
- Troubleshoot and resolve large complex issues and problems and identifying the customers’ requirements. - Searching and Implementing new product technologies and techniques with technical team. - Coordinating and supporting on software issues, training and installation. - Reporting unresolvable problems to senior technicians. - Implement new product technologies and techniques. - Monitor or observe operations to ensure that they meet production standards - Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications - Report inspection and test data and Gaining customer’s agreement with the targets set
Requirements
- Gender: female - Minimum 2 year of relevant experience. - Good team work - Good public relation - Communication skills - Solving problem skills - Project coordination for launch - Understanding of fundamental planning and project control - Excellent knowledge of ICDL (capable of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) & Internet - Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task - Project delivery and IT project knowledge - Personal and professional development motivation - Understanding the implication of mobile software and smart device - Optimum use of time, meticulous, intelligent with high work ethics. - Understanding of administrative tasks and procedures.
