Job Description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in a well-established company operating within the oil and gas industry. Our focus is on EPC projects, particularly those involving precision instruments, analyzers, and automation. As a Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

Project coordinating of engineering, commercial, site, and commissioning disciplines.
Coordinate with engaging technical leaders to ensure the quality of design, plans, etc.
Monitor project progress and ensure it aligns with established objectives and timelines.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, technical documentation, and change orders.
Generate regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial guidelines.
Act as the primary point of contact between the company, clients, and subcontractors.
Perform project site and client visits.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Petroleum Engineering.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in EPC companies.
In-depth knowledge of the oil and gas industry, including a track record of successfully executing EPC projects and experience with precision instruments.
PMP certification and having experience with MSP and WBS is a plus.
Experience with AutoCAD software and Microsoft Office.
Working knowledge of P&ID, general arrangement, and electrical documents.
Willingness to travel to workshops outside Tehran (southern regions of the country) for continuous supervision and oversight.
Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently.
Effective internal and external communication.
