• Preparation of production feasibility reports.
• Estimation of time resources, manpower, materials and equipment for production.
• Preparing a timing program and analyzing the standard time of production.
• Follow-up and control of daily production reports and analysis of production deviations, planning and coordination to eliminate them.
• Preparing production plan for each shift on a monthly, weekly and daily basis and coordinating to plan production operations.
Requirements
• A minimum degree of BSC or MSC in industrial engineering and industrial management.
• Mastery of topics and methods of material supply planning, ordering, inventory control.
• Mastery of topics and methods of timing and capacity measurement of production lines.
• Ability to design and analyze the production process.
• Mastery of office software (word, excel, visio).
• Mastery of inventory and warehouse management methods.
