Job Description

-Mastery of production processes and related software -Master the printing and packaging process -Ability to lead, organize and motivate human resources -Mastery of location, measurement and OPC and balance of production and assembly lines -Preparing and adjusting the program and agenda of the affiliated unit and monitoring and controlling them -Predicting and planning the required parts and following up on their supply Supervision and control over production affairs

Requirements

-Communicate, train and explain the policies, instructions and approvals of the company to the supervisors and personnel under their supervision and justify them in order to achieve the goals of the company. -Establish the necessary coordination between the heads of production units, the planning manager and the warehouse -Review of daily reports of production units Implement proper management methods and apply new technical techniques to increase production levels and gradually reduce costs
