Job Description

•Main Objective: The Production Manager is responsible and involved with the Planning, Coordination and Control of manufacturing processes •Main Responsibilities: -Ensures that billets and other steel products are manufactured efficiently and that the target quantity is produced at the right cost with maintaining quality standards -Strategically plan an increase in the company's productivity, by making optimum use of the available resources , man, machine and materials and need to exhibit a wide knowledge of engineering practices and shall address management challenges related to production -Accomplish the production process in the smoothest, most-judicious and most-economic way -Strategic and operational interactions with Plant Manager, General Manager and other Department Heads *Salary will depend on relevant years of experience, exposure in relevant technology and process, current role & responsibilities, Span of control
