Job Description
Mission:
- To provide insightful analysis of digital product performance through data-driven approaches, leveraging statistical methods, machine learning, and financial expertise to optimize product performance, enhance customer engagement, and deliver actionable insights that drive business success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To analyze product performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends and insights, and prepare comprehensive performance reports and data visualizations for stakeholders.
- To provide insight and view about the performance of all CPs, SPs, Digital Products and Services, and platforms in their life cycle for the department and management.
- To analyze digital business performance, compare it with the business plan and budget, and provide feedback to the department.
- To conduct necessary communications with reporting entities such as MKT Data Science, EDW, Finance, etc., to provide needed information/reports for the business and share it with concerned parties.
- To develop the ETL process and handle data source detection for digital platforms.
- To conduct a competitive analysis to understand market positioning and identify opportunities for improvement.
- To leverage various business intelligence tools to create interactive reports and dashboards that provide key insights to stakeholders.
- To analyze complex datasets and case-based information to extract meaningful insights related to product lifecycle and market trends, address incoming queries, and prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
- To design new data collection models to collect information better and coordinate with the ITS department to implement new models.
- To implement data validation and cleansing processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all sources.
- To develop and implement machine learning models and regularly assess the efficacy of the models for forecasting product performance and customer behavior.
- To build and maintain efficient data pipelines for pre-processing data, training models, and facilitating the deployment of machine learning solutions.
- To present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and visualizations.
- To keep abreast with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and analytics best practices.
- To design research methods, utilize analytical skills, and visualize findings to address business requirements.
- To support financial monitoring and profitability analysis for digital products.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Marketing/Communication/Management), IT, Industrial or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in an area of specialization.
- Experience working in a medium-sized organization.
