● Control the product value chain and coordinate needed improvement projects.
● Develop marketing programs, market development, and new methods of market penetration based on research and provide relevant reports.
● Monitor sales trends, production problems, and coordinate between different teams of the organization.
● Prepare a marketing plan for products.
● Responsible for new product launch.
● Target, budget control, and prepare promotion plans for products.
● Research and analyze a variety of market information, including market trends, pricing schedules, competitor offerings, product specifications, and demographic data.
● Coordinate with sales teams (distribution companies) in order to develop a market share of products, recognize problems, and plan to define projects to solve them.
● Monitor, and analyze sales of products and regions.
● Constant market visits across the country are necessary.
