Job Description
● Control the product value chain and coordinate needed improvement projects.
● Develop marketing programs, market development, and new methods of market penetration based on research and provide relevant reports.
● Monitor sales trends, production problems, and coordinate between different teams of the organization.
● Prepare a marketing plan for products and leading new product development from the base till launch (brand strategy, packaging, production, sales, post-launch support)
● Responsible for launching new products / Brand extension – Line extension (expanding portfolio)
● Target, budget control, and prepare promotion plans for products.
● Research and analyze a variety of market information, including market trends, pricing schedules, competitor offerings, product specifications, and demographic data.
● Coordinate with sales teams (distribution companies) in order to develop a market share of products, recognize problems, and plan to define projects to solve them.
● Monitor, and analyze sales of products and regions.
● Constant market visits across the country are necessary.
● Monitor new product prices and competitors' marketing activities.
● Target and formulate sales policies in branches by sales channels.
● Offer pre-sale plans and incentive plans review of statistical purchasing trends and provide solutions to improve the sales process.
● Continuous and effective communication with the sales team or visiting branches.
